解决视频线路带宽不够, 比如小新 pro 16 2021 核显版用 hdmi 线接 3440x1440 显示器无法列出正确分辨率的情况

# usage
1. 解压运行 CRU.exe
2. 在 detailed resolutions 点击 add
3. 将刷新率改小，然后保存，点OK
4. 执行 restart64.exe 重启驱动
5. 打开 windows 10 显示设置，看下分辨率有没出来
6. 尝试将刷新率改大一些，看看能不能列出来，找到能列出来的最大刷新率就OK了。
